This weekend is an exploration in relationships, through the 'Waves' and Heartbeat' maps of the 5rhythms we will dive into the dance focussing on the questions;

- How do I stay grounded and centred in my own dance and stay open to yours?
- How do I deal with emotion in relationship?
- Can I stay present when somebody else is having strong emotions?
- What is it to fall in love, be in love, be love?
- Do we support each other to step into the power of love?

Let's put on some music and move our beloved bodies. In flowing we'll find our ground, our roots and our life force. From there we can open up to the fire and passion that lives in our hearts. We use the dance practise to communicate clearly and directly from the heart. On the beat of the drum we bring awareness to our own and somebody else's boundaries. By paying attention to what is going on, we can move closer to who we are and develop unconditional friendship.

This weekend is open for every men and women who is curious to their own dance in relation to others. You can come on your own or bring a friend, a lover, a sister or a husband.

Arjan Bouw and Willers de Dreu will teach this weekend together. They are both accredited teachers by Gabrielle Roth to teach Waves and Heartbeat.
Willers has a lot of training in bodywork, shamanism and family constellations,
Arjan is also a drummer and an actor.
They are a couple for 18 years and have two daughters. They live in Holland.

This weekend we will dance the five rhythms® ; flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, stillness. Together they form a Wave of movement and energy. Dancing the rhythms is a healing meditation for body, heart and soul.
